1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of GrowHype, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, users, and visitors engaging with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services immediately.

2. Service Commitment

GrowHype is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge website design and digital services that enhance our clients’ online presence. We prioritize innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction to ensure a seamless experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially if a client violates our policies or engages in unethical practices.

3. Payment Obligations

  • A minimum upfront payment of ₹500 is required to commence any project. This amount is non-refundable and covers initial project planning and resource allocation.
  • The full project payment must be cleared before the website goes live. No exceptions. Any delay in payments can lead to project suspension or termination.
  • For larger projects, installment-based payment plans can be arranged. However, GrowHype reserves the right to determine eligibility for such plans.
  • Failure to complete payment obligations may result in the permanent withholding of the project, with no refund eligibility.

4. Project Timelines & Deadlines

  • GrowHype operates with a standard delivery timeline of 7 business days, provided that the client submits all required materials promptly.
  • If a client causes delays by not providing the necessary content within 48 hours, the deadline will be automatically extended.
  • Urgent projects requiring expedited completion will be subject to an additional rush fee.

5. Revision Policy

  • Each project includes two (2) complimentary revisions. Beyond this, additional changes will be chargeable based on complexity.
  • Clients must submit all revision requests within 7 days of initial website delivery. Requests made after this period will be considered as new modifications and will incur extra charges.
  • Major structural or design alterations that significantly differ from the original agreed-upon scope will be treated as a new project and will be quoted separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary website content, including text, images, branding assets, and domain credentials, within 48 hours of project initiation.
  • The accuracy and legality of all provided content rest solely on the client. GrowHype is not liable for copyright infringements or any legal disputes arising from client-supplied content.
  • Clients must be responsive throughout the project. Failure to communicate may lead to project delays or termination.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment clearance, the website’s design and content ownership will be transferred to the client.
  • However, any proprietary tools, premium plugins, or licensed third-party software used in the project remain the intellectual property of GrowHype or the respective providers.
  • GrowHype reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless a prior NDA is signed.

8. Hosting & Maintenance (If Applicable)

  • Clients opting for GrowHype’s hosting services must comply with the agreed hosting plan terms.
  • GrowHype holds no responsibility for third-party hosting issues, security breaches, or data loss.
  • Maintenance, updates, and security patches are not included in the website development package unless explicitly stated.

9. Termination & Refund Policy

  • If a client fails to communicate for more than 7 business days, GrowHype reserves the right to terminate the project without issuing any refunds.
  • Projects that remain inactive for over 30 days due to client inaction will be archived, and reactivation will require an additional fee.
  • Refunds are strictly prohibited once the project has commenced, as resources, time, and effort have already been invested.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • GrowHype guarantees functionality at the time of website handover but is not liable for future issues caused by WordPress updates, third-party plugins, or security vulnerabilities.
  • Technical support post-delivery is available but is not included in the base package and must be availed separately.
  • The client assumes full responsibility for ongoing website maintenance, backups, and security unless a separate maintenance plan is purchased.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, clients must first attempt to resolve them through direct communication with GrowHype.
  • If disputes remain unresolved, they will be handled under the jurisdiction of GrowHype’s registered business location.

12. Modifications to Terms

GrowHype reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
